  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final documentation.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting engagement activities, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Assist in managing performance reviews, goal setting, and personal development plans for employees.
  • Training and Development: Help identify training needs and work with managers to organize internal or external training sessions.
